Oliver represents many Asian clients with international trust and estate planning matters, and is an expert in FIRPTA (the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act). He is widely
regarded as an expert on helping non-citizens minimize U.S. tax on American property investments.
A 1979 graduate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Oliver also holds a graduate degree from the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University. He
speaks fluent French.
