Lender Representation
Led by Dewey Watson and Brian Healy, Tierney, Watson & Healy provides

The firm's extensive background in real estate, mortgage banking and

including creditor's rights in bankruptcy.
Many of our skills in this area were gathered and honed through years
of representing the Resolution Trust Corporation and the Federal Deposit
Insurance Company, following the S&L failure of the 1980s.
Tierney, Watson & Healy represents a broad range of business clients
